This spring Lady Gaga is planning to hit the road and tackle a whole slate of headlining gigs in North America.

Lady Gaga’s “Fame Ball” outing will kick off in San Diego on March 12. She will visit 23 major markets in the US before wrapping up the trek in Palm Springs, CA on April 11. She will also spend three days in Canada on March 26-28.

Lady Gaga in a Billboard.com interview said that she was planning to have three different versions for her live show. They would be tailored for the various venue sizes. She said that they had been working on her performance designs for quite some time.

Lady Gaga said, every show will be an A one. By the time I finish screaming, “hang it, hang everything!” That will be my motto.

The upcoming trek will be the flamboyant singer’s first headlining tour. In recent months she has opened for the Pussycat Dolls and New Kids on The Block. Two of her singles, “Poker Face” and “Just Dance” from her 2008 debut album “Fame” are still in the Billboard Pop 100 Airplay Top 20.
